how to install the software ?

The installation of TMS is easily done without going through our teams. Video assistance is provided. Our team is available to help you.

For the installation of your pluggins, you can ask your suppliers.

Can existing data be migrated ?

Currently, in Alpha version, we cannot ensure the complete migration of your existing data: it depends on the conditions of your current software publisher.

Can existing equipment be connected ?​

Existing hardware can be connected through the appstore via “drivers”. We also get in touch with your suppliers.

Is the software functional or finished ?

Yes an Alpha version is available. The system is currently under development and not complete.

 

Are the data secure ? Who has access ?

The data is secure. TMS uses AES encryption, BlockChain technology and P2P+S protocol. Your patients’ data can only be viewed by your colleagues if they have the rights and access to.

What is the compatibility with government servers ?

The TMStore will give you access to connectors when available on your market.

How much will the software and its updates cost ?

A basic version will be available for free. The activation of certain functions will be chargeable. The support is offered separately.

Is there support for technical assistance ?

Yes, TMS offers support. The price of assistance varies according to the contract. The intervention can be done directly with your usual supplier because the system is intended to be an open solution.
